My name is Kate and I am a full time Therapist for children and adults specializing in trauma. But my hobby is makeup. Because my job is so stressful and at times sad I need to make sure I care for myself and I do that by playing with makeup and pampering myself. If you don't care for yourself you can't care for others, that's my motto.
